The AL2318-1205 shares the Pelican-Hardigg™ single lid platform, which includes positive anti-shear locks that keep the lid seated after impact and reduce stress on hardware, molded-in ribs and corrugations for secure, non-slip stacking and columnar strength, patented molded-in metal inserts at the catch and hinge points that spread load into the case body, and one-piece construction molded from lightweight, high-impact polyethylene. It carries a rated temperature range of -20°F to 140°F and provides roughly 353.82 lbs of buoyancy. Base and lid depths measure 12.25" / 5.2".
