TacRugged is an authorized distributor and customizer of Pelican-Hardigg™ protective cases, providing custom-engineered case solutions, foam fabrication, and configuration services for defense, government, aerospace, and industrial clients. TacRugged is headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, with operations serving clients throughout the United States.
The Site does not process payments or facilitate direct purchases. All products and services offered by TacRugged are available exclusively through a formal quoting process. Submitting a quote request through the Site does not constitute a purchase, binding agreement, or guarantee of pricing, availability, or delivery timeline. A binding agreement is only established when TacRugged issues a formal written quote and the client provides written acceptance.
TacRugged specializes in custom-engineered solutions. Because all products and services are built to specification for individual clients, all confirmed sales are final. Returns, refunds, or cancellations are not available as a standard policy. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at TacRugged's sole discretion. Any exception must be approved in writing by TacRugged prior to any return or cancellation being processed.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate specifications, requirements, and approval during the design and confirmation process. TacRugged is not liable for products built to client-approved specifications that do not perform as the client intended due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
