Built for reliable protection, the Pelican™ Protector Case 1490CC1 measures 17.75" x 11.37" x 4.12" inside and 19.87" x 13.93" x 4.68" outside, a base/lid depth of 2.62" / 1.5", weighing 5.47 lbs (6.5 lbs with foam).

Against the extreme cold of the arctic or the heat of battle, Pelican cases have survived.Made in the USA, these tough cases are designed with an automatic purge valve, that equalizes air pressure, a watertight silicone O-ring lid, over-molded rubber handles and stainless steel hardware.
Features include fits notebook computers up to 14.0" L x 10.8" W x 2.5" D (43.9 x 24.9 x 8.3 cm); lid organizer, fitted shock absorbing tray, shoulder strap; double safety locking latches with keys; open cell core with solid wall design - strong, light weight; o-ring seal. It also offers a rated temperature range of -40°F to 190°F, about 41 lbs of buoyancy. The 1490CC1 is tested to Def Stan 81-41.
Through TacRugged, the 1490CC1 can be fitted with custom-cut foam, hardware, coatings, and mission-ready options.
