Built for reliable protection, the Pelican™ Protector Case 1495 measures 18.87" x 13.12" x 3.81" inside and 21.62" x 17.25" x 4.87" outside, a base/lid depth of 2.68" / 1.12", weighing 7.23 lbs (8.37 lbs with foam).

Against the extreme cold of the arctic or the heat of battle, Pelican cases have survived.Made in the USA, these tough cases are designed with an automatic purge valve, that equalizes air pressure, a watertight silicone O-ring lid, over-molded rubber handles and stainless steel hardware.
Features include fits up to 17" laptops; 3 dial combination lock included; fold down over-molded handle; easy open double-throw latches; automatic pressure equalization valve - balances interior pressure, keeps water out. It also offers a rated temperature range of -40°F to 190°F, about 45.15 lbs of buoyancy. The 1495 is tested to IP67 / Def Stan 81-41.
Through TacRugged, the 1495 can be fitted with custom-cut foam, hardware, coatings, and mission-ready options.
