The Pelican™ Protector Case 1770 measures 54.58" x 15.58" x 8.63" inside and 57.42" x 18.48" x 10.5" outside, a base/lid depth of 6.75" / 1.65", with a listed weight of 36.01 lbs (41.49 lbs with foam).

Against the extreme cold of the arctic or the heat of battle, Pelican cases have survived.Made in the USA, these tough cases are designed with an automatic purge valve, that equalizes air pressure, a watertight silicone O-ring lid, over-molded rubber handles and stainless steel hardware.
Features include four extra-deep base-to-lid locking cleats that ensure maximum stacking stability; two Integrated Automatic Pressure Equalization Valves; two rugged double-wide handles; wide-track polyurethane wheels with ball bearings and nylon hubs; open cell core, polymer wall construction. It also offers a rated temperature range of -40°F to 190°F, about 280 lbs of buoyancy.
